Clean-Water Act

Mar 03, 2018

Drain The Swamp. The entrenched zealots at those agencies need to understand that there are trade-offs in every public decision and that here is no such thing as a utopia on earth. Mankind's waste can, if properly processed, be used to create fertilizer. WOTUS needs to be abolished and the reasonable standards set by the Clean Water Act need to be followed, not some pie-in-the-sky monstrosity never voted on by Congress. The EPA rules have required the LADWP to cover their reservoirs at the cost of over one billion dollars and will do nothing to increase the City of Los Angeles' water quality.
