Public Responses

New Bond

Mar 11, 2018

Bond propositions should be worded like this:

Shall the state pay $XXX million in loan payments each year to fund [ poll tested cause here] while raising state income taxes across the board on rich and poor alike by [ percentage here]?

Show the true costs to the public and let them decide.

When are we going to see a bill to reduce existing taxes?

Jon Jones

No. Enough already.  This state takes in INSANE amounts of money and wastes INSANE amounts of money.

Cut the fat. Treat tax dollars like REAL money instead of play money. Manage projects VERY carefully. Stick to the budget. Demand accountability and transparency. Get those wages and benefits back to a realistic, sustainable level.

Then we'll talk.
